This email was sent to our publicist. TVOne, wanted to know what criteria could NBNToday add to Obama’s pick for Supreme Court Justice. He can pick whoever he wants to he’s got some certain folks we know shaking in their boots.
My apologies for sending this on such short notice but I came across Spencer’s NBNToday.com site. Do you think he can comment on the following ASAP?
I am looking for celebrities, politicians and other high profile people who are willing to talk about President Obama’s upcoming selection for the U.S. Supreme Court. Who/what kind of person would you like to see President Obama nominate for the U.S. Supreme Court? What qualifications/personality traits would you like the president to consider when making his choice? Is there any position on any particular issue that you think should be used as a litmus test when making a selection?

Spencer: I think Obama should pick a woman and she should be my momma. I will send all of my momma’s qualifications. Good sense of humor, warm heart, no racial barriers, someone God-like and… would whoop your ass, if you fluck up. She has judged many people for many years. Ask any judge. My mother’s now 70 years of age, she should be old enough to get in. They all old. And she’ll look good in the robe and watch out for her youngest son… me.
Staff Member 1: One litmus test, be a survivor of the hood. Know the law. And I’m not talking about “Law and Order”. Talking about the law of the land and how it relates to real people. A lot of laws are set up to protect corporations and not the people.
