Consumers Do Better When There’s Choice and Competition…
…In 34 states that philosophy does not exist…Obama doesn’t want to put them out of business(the insurance companies)he just wants to hold the insurance companies accountable. These public options are only for those of us who don’t have insurance or can’t afford it. If you got it you can keep it, no one is telling you how to spend your money.
Regardless of this understanding of Obama’s plan they(and you know who they are?) are against the less fortunate Americans receiving heath care. WTF! There is no government takeover of healthcare so get your heads out you booty holes. This is about those less fortunate like me being able to get healthcare when I need and I obviously need it and can’t afford it either. And I’m not even ready to go in to my situation of how I got screwed out the health plan I used to have. And if I told you my income there should be no reason I couldn’t get some good qualified legitimate health care. But I can’t…not yet.
And Barack, has said crystal clearly to Congress that he will not sign one plan that will increase our national debt.
It’s funny how Congress acts when the cameras are rolling. They all know Obama is talking straight and truthfully and we out here in audience land get to hear it. And they know we’re out here listening to this sane President, so to save face on camera there always getting up and applauding. Then when the cameras are off and we the American public can’t see there faces any more they began to niggle each other. And the President.
It’s a damn shame. How I know this? Well, you know it to0 because in over twenty five years ain’t shit been done about it. Getting the American people the healthcare they deserve just because they are tax paying Americans. Color, race, greed, sexual shit, has nothing to do with someone’s right to live. Digg that?
Obama, included an invitation to the Republicans to talk about any legitimate concerns they may have instead of making up wild accusations in the men’s bathroom. And writing in the stalls on the walls nasty things about him. “For a good time call the Black- “Barry”. I liked how Barack used John McCain and other Republicans’ ideas and put them out there to be heard. Letting them know he is aware of there participation or lack of but his attempt to be bi-partisan continues.
Nevertheless the Americans saw all you tight asses’ sittin’ in your seats shaking your heads and projecting your disdain right through the cameras. Like grown ol’ children, sad mischievous Republicans saying to each other, I don’t care what he says he’s lying… Oh, here comes the Ted Kennedy letter speech. You guys looked like you might be loosing money as Obama was talking. You GOP’s acted and looked like suffering losers in your seats squirming around in expensive suits. Trying to look good to who? PEOPLE ARE DYING OUT HERE GOP’S..

Let me put it in round figures…zero. Well, that’s not true. You might think the cost of doing nothing is nothing. (zero) That would be the wrong answer, the cost of doing nothing can and does cost a fortune. That we, the American taxpayer pays for.
Where are all the black, latino, asian, and white leaders supporting the Health Care Reform, Barack, is trying to get passed? This reform for health care Barack is pushing is so necessary. I’m certain if it doesn’t get done now, with Barack as President it will never get done. We all will suffer a terrible health crisis soon. A part of that crisis will include unpaid bills. And many deaths due to not having enough money in the bank. This is truly a sad state of affairs for the American people. The change is necessary and the change must be now. A unhealthy America is an unhealthy you. I can go on with the cliches my people but I won’t check this video out it will tally up just one of the costs of doing nothing for you. Check it out. It’s funny but it’s not. Damn I can’t stop with the cliches. lol.

After his arrival, he will travel to the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa to hold a town hall with local residents three of them black people one indian man and few asians and no mexicans. He will deliver remarks about his economic priorties and hopefully his disappointment of how the Republicans have been standing in his way of progress for the rest of the country. They’re flucking with the future people.
If Obama gets time he should swing by Marin County and see the town renamed Obama, CA well, not officially. But drivers passing this pedestrian crossing sign in Olema may think twice. Resident Kelly Emery created and installed the sign outside of her bed and breakfast last weekend in accordance with local laws. Which means you can’t take it down unless she wants it down damnit…
President Barack Obama heads to California today, where he will preside over a couple of town hall-style meetings and become the first incumbent chief executive to appear on “The Tonight Show.” The visit comes at a time when California is being hit hard economically.
The state that is home to one in eight Americans has been ravaged by recession, a housing meltdown and double-digit unemployment. The public is seething over $165 million in post-bailout bonuses paid to executives at American International Group Inc. — an issue certain to overshadow the two-day visit.
His first appearance as president in a state that was a getaway for his predecessors could instead become a political test for Obama, whose administration has been trying to find its voice on the economy. His schedule includes a stop on Jay Leno’s stage in Burbank after town hall-style meetings in Orange County on Wednesday and downtown Los Angeles on Thursday.
With the furor over the AIG bonuses, “if he doesn’t have some really good answers, this could be a nightmare. It’s not going to be enough to say, ‘I feel your anger and we are looking into it,’” said University of California, Berkeley, political scientist Bruce Cain. “There has to be some sort of decisive action.”
NBNToday will not be there tonight, but we will have one of our people peeping through the back window giving you a back door perspective of how this meeting goes down. It sounds like a lynch mob mentality once again, demanding answers from a man who’s been in the highest ranking office in America for less than a hundred days. Damn how long is the probationary period for a brotha’? We, NBNToday choose not to be in the town hall meeting because we know how nasty the OC’ can get. So we will be on the outside getting you the inside scoop. Dig that.

10 things you should know
The plan:
- Makes a $634 billion down payment on fixing health care that will go a long way toward paying for a more efficient, more affordable health care system that covers every single American.3
- Reduces taxes for 95% of working Americans. And if your family makes less than $250,000, your taxes won’t go up one dime.4
- Invests more than $100 billion in clean energy technology, creating millions of green jobs that can never be outsourced.5
- Brings our troops home from Iraq on a firm timetable, finally bringing the war to a close—and freeing up almost ten billion dollars a month for domestic priorities.6
- Reverses growing income inequality. The plan lets the Bush tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans expire and focuses on strengthening the middle class.7
- Closes multi-billion-dollar tax loopholes for big oil companies. 8
- Increases grants to help families pay for college—the largest increase ever.9
- Halves the deficit by 2013. President Obama inherited a legacy of huge deficits and an economy in shambles, but his plan brings the deficit under control as soon as the economy begins to recover.10
- Dramatically increases funding for the SEC and the CFTC—the agencies that police Wall Street.11
- Tells it straight. For years, budgets have used accounting tricks to hide the real costs of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Bush tax cuts, and too many other programs. Obama’s budget gets rid of the smokescreens and lays out what America’s priorities are, what they cost, and how we’re going to pay for them.12
This is the change we voted for. President Obama has done his part, now we need to do ours. Thanks for all you do. (Move–On crew Daniel, Tanya, Peter, Justin and the rest of the team.
P.S. Turns out there are way more than 10 amazing things in Obama’s budget and we couldn’t resist sharing just a few more.
- Stops unnecessary government subsidies to big banks, health insurance companies and big agribusinesses.13,14,15
- Expands access to early childhood education and improves schools by investing in programs that make sure every child has a qualified, strong teacher.16
- Negotiates for better prescription drug prices using Medicaid’s tremendous bargaining power.17
- Expands access to family planning for low-income women.18
- Caps the pollution that causes global warming, and makes polluters pay to support clean energy innovation.19
